Join me for a 2 hour Yin and Yoga Nidra practice to calming soothing music. We will sink into our mats stretching our fascia, tendons, and ligaments which will encourage the body to increase our flexibility and calm our nervous systems. We will stay in each poserrsonp for 3 to 5 minutes. I will explain through the practice the benefits of each pose. The final 30 minutes will be a yoga Nidra/visualization, a trip for your sub-conscious and body to rest.

In a private session, it allows the student to work on whatever they need to. Whether that is a certain pose or relaxation and meditation it's entirely up to you.
I can come to your place of work, home, or I have a place we can meet in Lake Mary, another choice can be Virtual Via Zoom.

The Practice of Restorative Yoga is all about bringing our minds, body, and Emotions in harmony and resetting them all. We basically want to be brought back to Zero!
We do this by mindfully using.Bolsters, Blankets, Blocks, Straps, Eye Pillows, Sand Bags or whatever we can get our hands on to use as props for the body to be supported for various poses.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. You can do chair yoga nearly anywhere you can find a place to sit.
Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
